a cute horse

This was a last minute cake, but I really like the way it turned out.  Proof that I really do better under pressure and without analyzing the design beyond belief.  :-)

It was a chocolate cake with cookies-n-cream filling and buttercream icing.  The horse was a frozen buttercream transfer.

This was for the sister of one of my co-workers at CHS. She liked my kids' cakes so much that she asked for your info. The next week at work she raved about this cake...she said she'll never get a cake from anyone but you from now on. I agree!! Too cute...love the horse & red/white combo.
