catch of the day

Kelly, my friend who gets me to do cakes for her ALL the time and still manages to stay super skinny, asked me to do a cake with cream cheese icing instead of butter cream.  Well that is yummy to me as well, but you can't do a lot of decorating with cream cheese icing.  It's just not stiff enough.  She wanted sort of an outdoors theme so I decided to do blue cream cheese icing like water (so I didn't have to make it smooth) and make a big fish out of rice krispy treats.  Here's the fish.
