This was such a fun and challenging cake done for a cute little girl's birthday. The top tier was chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and the bottom tier was yellow cake filled with chocolate butter cream icing. Both were covered with marshmallow fondant and all of the decorations were fondant.

I wish you were my neighbor. My oldest son is going to be 18 Monday. The theme for his 18th birthday is "These are a few of my favorite things... ." We're giving him Auburn gifts, super hero gifts (Dark Knight DVD), paint ball supplies, gift certificates to his favorite rib joint, etc. Anything and everything he has loved over the past 18 years. But his cake... I'm having a local bakery make him a Power Ranger cake (for a joke, of course), but the boy truly loved Power Rangers for several years of his young life. They'll bake a cake and add figurines and it will be fine... but I know you would be able to do something truly spectacular! Like I said... I wish you were my neighbor.
