This cake was done for a lady's 85th birthday. The cake was yellow with cream cheese filling. (Yes I do offer other cake and filling flavors. This is just the most popular.) The cake was iced with an off white buttercream. The bow on top and all of the roses were fondant. The swirl design is buttercream with tiny fondant roses placed randomly throughout.
