This was a fun cake for a little boy's birthday. I must say it was quite a challenge to make the truck look like it was about to smash some cars. The incline posed a little bit of a support problem. I could just picture in my mind the whole truck sliding backwards and crashing. But, in the end it worked out. I used some of my math and engineering skills and figured out how to make it work.
The bottom cake was yellow with whipped cream filling and chocolate icing. The truck was chocolate cake and covered and decorated with marshmallow fondant. The cars were rice krispy treats covered with fondant.
This was such a cook cake.. Everyone really enjoyed this cake.. Thank you and you did wonderful..
