I'm not a Gator fan, but end up making the most Gator cakes. This is another for my friend Kelly who loves cream cheese icing. The cake was actually not for Kelly but a friend of hers. She wouldn't appreciate me saying that she wanted a Gator cake. :-)
So anyway the icing was blue cream cheese icing, the gator head was a frozen buttercream transfer and the cake was yellow with cream cheese filling.
