it's 2010 and i'm back

I've been MIA for the last month or more.  It seems I unintentionally took a blog break with all the Christmas busyness.  We had a great Christmas even though it was super busy.  I didn't do a whole lot of cakes over the Holidays but I did do a few and I will be sharing them soon.

And my boys would like to thank Santa for their new toy shot guns.  They like guns.  A little or maybe a lot.

I leave you with a white almond cake with chocolate buttercream icing.  I made it just for my husband.
