I'm very excited about the new addition to my blog,What's Baking Monday.  You see I have folders and notebooks full of recipes that I've never tried.  They all look so yummy so I needed a reason to try them.  I found my reason.  Every week or most every week, when cake decorating doesn't keep me and my oven completely occupied, I will try a new recipe, post pictures, give you the recipe and give my review of that recipe. 

I will do fairly easy recipes that take little to no culinary skills.  Because let's face it, I'm not a gourmet cook.  I just love to bake.  So feel free to try out the recipes that I post, post a blog of your own about it, comment here and link your blog.  If you don't have a blog, then comment anyway and let me know how your's turned out.
